After a prolonged labor battle, the WNBA and players' union have reached a verbal agreement on the terms for a new CBA. Sources told ESPN that the salary cap will start at $7 million and raise the average salary to around $600,000.

The salary cap of the new CBA will reportedly start at $7 million, with the supermax salary starting at $1.4 million.
